Neutron SuperVaults: How to Earn 300%+ APY in Cosmos DeFi

The world of DeFi keeps evolving, and the latest innovation is now live on Neutron with their recent launch of SuperVaults. These automated market-making vaults promise to deliver some of the best Cosmos DeFi yield opportunities, with APYs ranging from 35% to over 1,000%. But what exactly are SuperVaults, and how can you get started? Let’s dive in.

What Are Neutron SuperVaults?

Unlike traditional passive liquidity pools, Neutron SuperVaults are dynamic. They automatically rebalance and reposition your liquidity at the top of every block. This constant optimization leverages Neutron’s on-chain architecture, making your capital more efficient while maximizing potential yield.

Currently, there are five active SuperVaults on Neutron:

  • dATOM/USDC vault with APYs exceeding 1,000%

  • dATOM/ATOM vault at ~35% APY

  • NTRN/USDC yielding around 50%

  • TIA/USDC vault with ~300% APY

  • DYDX/USDC vault with ~150% APY

Each vault comes with a deposit cap, $700k for the dATOM pools and $500k for the other pools. Some vaults are already filled, while others still have room for deposits.

Why SuperVaults Stand Out

One of the most impressive aspects of these vaults is their liquidity efficiency. For example, with just $450,000 in total value locked (TVL), some pools are processing $1.4 million in daily trading volume. This 3x multiple shows how well SuperVaults can route trades while generating significant fees for liquidity providers.

Another major benefit is instant withdrawals. Unlike many DeFi platforms that impose lockups, Neutron allows you to withdraw your liquidity at any time. This flexibility makes SuperVaults especially attractive for both beginners and advanced DeFi users.

How to Deposit Into Neutron SuperVaults

Getting started is straightforward:

  1. Bridge funds to Neutron – You can transfer USDC, TIA, ATOM, or other supported assets from Ethereum, Solana, or Cosmos-native chains like Noble.

  2. Choose your vault – All vaults pair the selected asset with USDC, but you can also deposit single-sided. For example, if you only have TIA, the vault will automatically swap half into the paired asset.

  3. Confirm and deposit – Approve the transaction in your wallet, and your position will be live. From there, you can track your performance and compare returns versus simply holding the asset.

For those who prefer two-sided deposits, you can bridge both tokens (e.g., USDC + TIA) and provide liquidity directly. Either way, the vault rebalances your position under the hood, so you don’t need to worry about micromanaging it.

Final Thoughts

Neutron SuperVaults represent a big step forward for Cosmos DeFi yield farming. With high APYs, efficient liquidity usage, and instant withdrawals, they create a compelling opportunity for passive income seekers.

As always, DeFi carries risk, so do your own research and only invest what you can afford to lose. But if you’re looking for one of the most innovative and rewarding yield strategies in Cosmos right now, SuperVaults may just be it.
